Contract Support

You need to be able to rely on your IT system 24/7. We take a proactive approach, managing and maintaining your system and often solving problems before you even realise there were any. Our contract services centre around our IT Management Service: this enables us to provide you with a flexible range of support and maintenance services under one umbrella.

Helpdesk

Access to our helpdesk via telephone, email and the web. We run a full remote assistance and incident ticketing system powered by NTR Support. Using NTR Remote we can look into your problems remotely, leaving you to carry on with your work.

A Dedicated Account Manager

It's frustrating when you have to speak to a different person each time you require assistance: so we provide you with a dedicated account manager who will take the time to understand your business and  infrastructure.

Proactive Maintenance

We take a pro-active approach to monitoring and maintaining your IT infrastructure because we dislike fire fighting as much as anyone else. We can also arrange scheduled maintenance at times to suit you, keeping your system ticking over nicely.

Server and Back-Up Management

We take total responsibility for your servers and back-up, negating the need for internal resource. Alternatively, we can partner with you to provide 2nd and 3rd line support.
