NTR Support. Using NTR
Remote we can look into your
problems remotely, leaving
you to carry on with your
work.
A Dedicated Account
Manager
It's frustrating when you
have to speak to a different
person each time you require
assistance: so we provide
you with a dedicated account
manager who will take the
time to understand your
business and
infrastructure.
Proactive
Maintenance
We take a pro-active
approach to monitoring and
maintaining your IT
infrastructure because we
dislike fire fighting as
much as anyone else. We can
also arrange scheduled
maintenance at times to suit
you, keeping your system
ticking over nicely.
Server and Back-Up
Management
We take total
responsibility for your
servers and back-up,
negating the need for
internal resource.

partner with you to provide
