Laurence King Publishing

Established in 1991, Laurence King Publishing is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading publishers of creative arts materials and books.

Inbay began working with Laurence King Publishing in 2007, assuming responsibility for supporting and maintaining the company’s diverse computer systems. Laurence King Publishing operates a complex computing environment involving a number of different platforms and servers. Inbay provides back-office support and maintenance, overseeing the smooth running of the systems responsible for general business function and the in-house publishing platform. Additional support is provided to PC and Apple Mac end-users by Inbay’s Microsoft and Apple certified engineers. Inbay acts as a technology partner to Laurence King Publishing, having assumed responsibility for network and server management in addition to providing consultancy, email spam filtering and backup monitoring services as part of their ongoing support agreement. Inbay ensure that the Laurence King systems remain in top condition by proactively monitoring servers and services to prevent problems before they can occur.
