Inbay was recommended to Solange by an existing customer and has provided technical and administrative support to her company since 2008.

Initially, Solange used Apple Macs exclusively for design work, and these
were supported by Inbay’s official Apple-certified technicians and engineers.
As Solange’s company has expanded, creating retail outlets in New York and
Singapore, so too has her business’s need for a rock-solid IT infrastructure to
underpin it. Inbay has assisted with the implementation of a mixed Windows-
Mac environment and now undertake all of the management required to keep
the systems in order.

Inbay has also overseen retail outlet and office moves and implemented a
hosted VoIP solution using a Voicenet Solutions system which is used at each
of Solange’s global outlets. Inbay also provides remote, hosted backup and data
recovery solutions for maximum protection.
