2020 was a historic year, not just because we had a global pandemic. At Inbay we achieved some significant milestones, and this is testament to our hard working, highly skilled team. We are delighted at how well the business adapted effortlessly and continued to grow in 2020.
Like most businesses, Inbay faced numerous challenges last year when the pandemic forced hundreds and thousands of businesses to activate their Business Continuity procedures. At Inbay, we had the privilege of helping new and existing partners and their clients navigate the new norm of remote working. We helped in numerous ways, from temporarily taking over entire service desks, completing specific project work that couldn’t be delayed, to providing certified Dedicated Tech experts in record-time.
We also realised the importance of pivoting our standard scope of works to accommodate our partners during these uncertain times. Our ability to adapt in 2020 and help businesses across the globe resulted is new partnerships and growth within our existing customer base.
Here are just a few of our achievements accomplished in 2020:
Inbay announced brand new office building in Sri Lanka to accommodate our growing technical operations team. The expansion marked a transformational step in the evolution of Inbay to fulfil our aspiration of becoming one of the leading international technology companies for MSP’s and IT service providers.
Following the announcement from The World Health Organization (WHO) that declared Covid-19 as a global pandemic, Inbay quickly took action to implement our robust Business Continuity procedure, allowing all Inbay employees to continue delivering a high level of service to our clients and their customers remotely.
Inbay launched new ‘Inbay Partner Portal’ as part of our commitment to equip small to medium sized MSP’s globally with the best outsourced solutions. The Inbay Partner Portal integrates our partner’s PSA and RMM platforms seamlessly via API’s onto one unique system, allowing partners to manage their clients, device types and devices effectively. Tickets are automatically synchronised between our partner’s platforms and the Inbay Partner Portal as and when support is needed. The Inbay Partner Portal further demonstrates our ability to evolve and make enhancements to how we support MSP partners.
Inbay appointed new Marketing Director, Frances Moore. With over 12 years of experience within the IT sector including time working at Taylor Made Computer Solutions, Peach Technologies and Silver lining Convergence, Frances Moore now has overall responsibility for all global marketing activities at Inbay, from implementing core controls to ensuring success in both the sales and marketing teams.
Inbay appointed new International Sales Manager to boost sales operations. Paul Fuge brought more than a decade of business development experience to Inbay and he has been working around the clock to develop our key accounts, accelerate growth through new customer acquisitions and he has also created strategies to expand our current markets.
Inbay partnered with Live Virtual Help Desk (LVHD) following an increase in demand for service desk support. LVHD now work as an extension of Inbay, offering integrated service desk support globally from their offices in North America. Our two companies share a passion for providing Inbay’s clients with around the clock service desk support for a fixed monthly cost. LVHD also have the ability to help serve tens of thousands of clients.
Inbay announced the launch of our new white label Security Operations Centre (SOC) service, provided to empower partners to become Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). Following an increase in partner demand, Inbay expanded our managed services by including a white labelled 24/7 fully managed SOC to help our partners increase their product offering, improve revenue and ensure their client’s IT remains secure.
To top the year off Inbay implemented an extensive quoting tool called QuoteWerks. Allowing us to streamline our sales process and provide online quotes considerably quicker. This additional platform paired with Hubspot and AutoTask PSA has allowed us to start 2021 in the best possible way.
