Kristian Wright, managing director of Inbay, a provider of high-quality white label NOC and technical service desk support to managed service providers (MSPs), was elected to CompTIA’s UK Channel Community (UKCC) Executive Council in time to contribute to the recent Council meeting, held alongside this year’s CompTIA EMEA Member and Partner Conference which took place in London on 5-6 November.
This is a prestigious appointment to the UK-focussed Board of an international, not-for-profit IT trade organisation that has invested substantially in resources for IT education, certification, advocacy and philanthropy – all designed to help IT companies worldwide to become more successful: from the largest vendors through to small, niche businesses and IT professionals.
The UKCC Executive Council steers the activities that will be undertaken over the next year for the UK channel community. Key initiatives for 2015 will be announced shortly.
Says Kristian Wright:
“I have been a CompTIA member for a number of years and, as MD of a small business, have benefitted from the wide range of resources on offer and the opportunity to network with and learn from my industry peers. In 2013 Inbay received the CompTIA IT Business Trustmark™ recognising our use of industry-accepted best practices for IT service delivery, and endorsing my firm belief in CompTIA’s approach. CompTIA has become a leading voice in the industry. With the increasing pace of innovation, and the need to cooperate to take best advantage of new opportunities, I am delighted to now be in a position to contribute by helping to progress UK channel initiatives and ensure that these result in practical, usable guidance for all IT businesses.”
Providing exceptional service to our partners’ clients is our number one priority.
Founded in 2002, Inbay has been providing specialist IT support for more than a decade. During this time we have built a reputation for helping our partners to grow their managed services business by providing the highest quality service desk, NOC and project services at a fair price.
Operating on an international basis from our headquarters in London and our technical delivery centre in Colombo, we offer 24/7 support to complement and extend MSPs’ resources, enabling them to tap into the on-demand technical skills they need for projects large and small – wherever and whenever they need it.
